Overview

Care Services:

Supported Living

Supported living is designed to cater to individuals who prefer a community-based living arrangement over institutionalized care and those who face difficulties maintaining their independence in their own homes. This unique form of care and support recognizes that each individual has unique needs, and thus, each resident undergoes a comprehensive assessment to identify their specific care requirements. The assessments consider both the individual's needs within the home environment and their participation in the community.

Live-in

ZY Fountains offers a comprehensive live-in care service that provides comfort and support to those with a range of care needs, including complex care. Our service is designed to minimize contact with multiple healthcare professionals and ensure that care is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This makes it an ideal solution for individuals seeking to maintain independence and avoid the need for institutionalized care.
